In Genesis 3, we see how Adam and Eve use hiding to cope with their fears, guilt and shame. God continues to walk towards us to seek us out in our hiding places. At the center of any unhealthy coping mechanism there is the need to hide from facing the pain of our wounds, failures and sins. Today's message challenges us to face our fears and shame by letting God find us where we are at.
Healthy spirituality is rooted in our understanding and dealing with our emotional and mental health. Believers struggle to identify this battle and many times their spirituality and life in general seem to be "On The Edge." Today's message kicks off our new series of teachings where our pastors will be integrating biblical truth to our reality as Christians on this issue.
